The Board of Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) is pleased to announce that Francisco Rodriguez Ferrere has been promoted from General Manager - Finance to Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Francisco joined Promisia in October 2023 and has made a significant contribution. In particular, Francisco has provided outstanding support with his work on the acquisitions in Cromwell last year, the sale of the Eileen Mary facility, overseeing a significant capital raise and leading the refinancing and consolidation of all Promisia debt to BNZ.

The Board considered it essential to recognise this contribution and considers that Francisco’s promotion reinforces Promisia’s commitment to strong financial leadership and strategic growth.

As Chief Financial Officer, Francisco will continue to lead and operate Promisia’s finance function, including risk management, corporate structure and investment support functions.
