Arvida Group Limited (Arvida) is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Moutter as a director of the company effective 1 March 2025.
Mr Moutter is currently Chair of Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities and a director of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He joins the Arvida Board as a non-executive director.
Mr Moutter has significant experience with assisting companies to accelerate growth having led transformation processes in previous roles as Managing Director of Spark New Zealand and Chief Executive of Auckland International Airport.
