Santana Minerals has announced the appointment of Emma Scotney as a non-executive director, effective Feb 3, 2024.
Scotney, who has a background in corporate law, brings over 25 years of experience in the mining, agricultural, and property industries.
She also serves as a non-executive director for Minerals 260 and De Grey Mining.
Santana Minerals chair Peter Cook said Scotney's expertise in legal, financial, management, and corporate governance disciplines would provide valuable guidance as the company advances its Bendigo-Ophir Project.
