Scott Technology has announced the appointment of Mark O'Malley as chief financial officer and Anthony Wesney as director of transformation, effective from January 1, 2025.
The company said the appointments come after a nine-month interim period in which O'Malley and Wesney shared CFO responsibilities.
Wesney's new role will focus on delivering Scott's long-term strategic commercial growth plans and business improvement initiatives.
O'Malley, a finance leader with expertise in strategy, business planning, performance management, and risk, is expected to bring continued financial excellence and business growth to the company.
