Solution Dynamics (SDL) has announced that chief executive Pat Brand will have reduced involvement and leadership in the company due to a serious family medical issue.
In the interim, John McMahon, who is currently a non-executive director and chair, will assume the role of executive director to provide oversight of the business.
Andy Preece, also a non-executive director, will take on the role of vice-chair.
SDL said it intends to recommence its buyback, starting next week.
