Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] announced that Shareholders of New Zealand Fruits Limited have voted overwhelmingly in favour of its acquisition by amalgamation with Seeka.

The transaction is expected to be completed early February 2022, subject to all necessary conditions being met.
