F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 22 May 2023.
The weighted average price per share was 900.1092p.
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 518,202,251.
