F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 25,000 of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 14 July 2023.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 45,223,816 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 516,595,200 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
This means the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 516,595,200.
