Share buyback

Being AI has announced the implementation of a share buyback agreement with 2384 Limited Partnership, an entity associated with David McDonald.

The company intends to acquire 11.9 million ordinary shares from 2384 for nil consideration.

The share buyback is scheduled to take place between June 25 and July 30, 2025.

Following the completion of the buyback, the acquired shares will be cancelled.
