Rachel Shearer has been appointed as the general manager of wool and bidr, while Sarah Mears has been named the general manager of people and safety at PGG Wrightson.
Shearer joined the company in 2016 and has been serving as the acting general manager of wool since April.
Mears, on the other hand, has been with PGW since 2011 and was previously the group HR manager.
Both Shearer and Mears will report directly to the chief executive officer as members of the company's executive team.
