Simon O'Grady named chief investment officer

Booster Investment Management has announced the appointment of Simon O'Grady as chief investment officer of the Private Land and Property Fund.

O'Grady, who previously held the same role at Kiwi Wealth/Kiwi Invest for nearly a decade, will begin his new position in mid-September.

He takes over the role vacated by Nic Craven in April.

O'Grady's appointment comes at a time of complexity in investment markets and increased competition among KiwiSaver providers, according to Booster chief executive, Di Papadopoulos.

The Private Land and Property Fund is a managed investment fund that invests in land and property-based investments.
