Skellerup has reported a 6% decrease in unaudited net profit after tax for the six months ended 31 December 2023.
The company's net profit after tax was $21.6 million, down from the prior comparative period.
Revenue for the six months was $157.5 million, a 5% decrease from the same period the previous year.
Earnings before interest and tax were also down 6% to $31.6 million.
Skellerup's industrial division, however, saw a record result with EBIT of $22.9 million, up 7% on the prior comparative period.
The agri division's EBIT, on the other hand, was down 19% to $11.9 million.
The company's operating cash flow reached a record high of $36.5 million, up 81% from the prior year.
Skellerup expects its net profit after tax for the full year to be similar to the previous year's record result.
CEO David Mair will be stepping down on 31 March 2024, but will remain on the board.
Graham Leaming has been appointed as the new CEO.
