Sky appoints Ciara McGuigan as CFO

Sky has announced the appointment of Ciara McGuigan as the company's new chief financial officer.

McGuigan, who brings extensive experience in media, telecommunications, and retail, will assume the role on March 18 2024.

She previously served as the chief financial officer of TVNZ for four years and held the same position at Mediaworks.

James Marsh, who has been serving as the interim CFO since October 2023, will continue in the role until McGuigan's commencement.

Sky expressed gratitude to Marsh for his contributions and said he had facilitated a seamless transition.
