Sky has announced a new five-year broadcast partnership with New Zealand Rugby and its SANZAAR partners, which will commence in January 2026.

The agreement solidifies Sky's position as the home of rugby in New Zealand and grants exclusive live access to various international and domestic rugby competitions.

This includes every All Blacks match played in SANZAAR countries, the new biennial men's tournament featuring 12 teams, the 2029 British & Irish Lions tour to New Zealand, and more Black Ferns matches.

Sky will also have every match from Super Rugby Pacific, Super Rugby Aupiki, Super W, and the National Provincial Championship.

As part of the deal, a selection of domestic matches will be sublicensed to TVNZ for free-to-air broadcast.

The agreement is subject to shareholder approval and final documentation.
