Asset Plus Limited, an NZX listed company, has called a special meeting of shareholders to consider the sale of 35 Graham Street, Auckland.

The meeting will take place on 3 June 2022 at 1.15pm online at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/aplsm22.

The sale is subject to shareholder approval and a copy of the Notice of Special Meeting, Proxy Voting Form and Executive Summary of JLL’s Valuation Report on 35 Graham Street have been attached to the announcement.
