Stride Property confirms 8-cent dividend, suspends reinvestment plan

Stride Property has confirmed its target of an 8 cents per stapled security annual cash dividend for the financial year ending on March 31 2025.

The company's boards, Stride Property and Stride Investment Management, have also decided to suspend the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for the first quarter dividends of FY25.

Stride Property will pay a cash dividend of 1.5625 cents per share for the first quarter of FY25, while Stride Investment Management's cash dividend for the same period will be 0.4375 cents per share.

Both dividends are scheduled to be paid on September 12 2024.

Stride Property Group is listed on the NZX Main Board under the ticker code SPG.
