Stride Property director Jacqueline Cheyne has announced her retirement from the boards of Stride Property and Stride Investment Management, effective November 30, 2024.
Cheyne, who has been with the company for more than five years and served as chair of the sustainability committee since its establishment in 2020, played a key role in developing Stride's sustainability strategy and overseeing its first mandatory climate report in 2024.
After her resignation, the boards have decided to disestablish the sustainability committee, with the audit and risk committee taking on the responsibility for overseeing Stride's sustainability activities and climate risks.
Stride will now begin the process of appointing a new director to ensure the boards have the necessary skills for its funds management and property investment strategy.
