SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited has announced that Sue Suckling, a non-executive director, will retire from the Board at the 2023 Annual Meeting on October 27.
This decision was made following the appointment of Donna Cooper as a non-executive director to the Board.
As a result, Resolution 3, which pertains to the re-election of Sue Suckling, has been withdrawn and will not be presented to shareholders at the Annual Meeting.
The Board Chair expressed gratitude for Sue Suckling's contributions and wished her well in her future endeavors.
