TAH enters into conditional contract for Auckland clinic

, Third Age Health Services Limited Third Age Health Services Limited has entered into a conditional contract to purchase a majority interest in a medium sized general practice in Auckland.

The acquisition forms part of the company’s strategy to develop a model of healthcare for older people, with a proposed purchase price of $1.9 million subject to due diligence and TAH Board approval.
