Tourism Holdings Limited has requested a trading halt on its ordinary shares, which was put in place at pre-market open today.
This halt will remain in place until the announcement of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's decision on the proposed merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited, or until the market open on Friday, 30 September 2022.
