TradeWindow has reported strong growth in the first quarter of the 2025 financial year.

The company's trading revenue reached $2.3 million, up 30% from the same period last year.

Annual recurring revenue (ARR) also increased by 28% year-on-year, reaching $8.7m.

TradeWindow's average revenue per customer (ARPC) increased for both shippers and freight forwarders.

The company reaffirmed its trading revenue guidance for the 2025 financial year, expecting it to be in the range of $10m to $11m, representing a 25% to 37.5% uplift from the previous year.

TradeWindow's customer retention rate improved to 95%, up eight percentage points from the previous financial year.

However, its gross margin decreased by four percentage points to 57%.

The company attributed the decline to its efforts to streamline the delivery of its TW Freight solution.

TradeWindow is also exploring entry into the Latin American market, with Chile as a potential beachhead, and is considering expansion opportunities in the US and UK.
