Truscreen chief executive Beata Edling has resigned for personal reasons, effective immediately.

Edling, who first joined the company in 2020 as head of medical affairs, will assist in the transition to an interim CEO in the coming weeks and will continue to support Truscreen on a consulting basis for its business in Poland and central Europe.

Martin Dillon, who previously served as CEO from 2013 to 2019, will take on the role of interim CEO.

Truscreen reassured that Edling's resignation will not disrupt its strategic business plans.

The company's key China business will now report directly to the chairman.
