MHM Automation Limited has announced the signing of a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Wyma Engineering (NZ) Limited.
The acquisition is conditional, and shareholders will be provided more details on the transaction in the Notice of Meeting to be released on 3 April 2023, ahead of the shareholder meeting on 21 April 2023.
