Vaughan Busby appointed non-executive director of Vector

Vaughan Busby has been appointed as a non-executive director of Vector.

The decision to appoint Busby followed an external review and search by the Vector board.

Busby, who has over 20 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, is currently a non-executive director of Energy Queensland and Netlogix Australia, and the chair of SFV.

He has also held directorships at EnergyCo NSW, Energy One, Ergon Energy, Morrison, and Infratil Energy Australia.

Busby will serve as an independent non-executive director, but will need to stand for election at the next meeting of shareholders.
