Ventia has been awarded a new contract with the Australian Defence Force, valued at approximately $935 million.
The contract, which will commence in May 2026, is for the service and support of clothing capability.
It has an initial term of seven years, with options for extension of up to 13 years.
The company said the contract aims to provide more efficient and effective clothing capability and enhance the customer experience for Defence personnel.
Ventia will be the single industry partner accountable to Defence and will collaborate with experienced Australian organisations for clothing design and supply, warehousing, distribution, and clothing store services.
The existing National Clothing Stores Services contract has been extended to ensure continuity of service during the transition to the new contract.
