Vista Group has announced that there are now three remaining resolutions proposed by Potentia to be considered at the special meeting of shareholders on November 15, 2024.
Potentia, a subsidiary of Admetus Partners, had requested the special meeting.
The resolutions include the removal of existing directors Susan Peterson and Kirk Senior from the board, and the appointment of Potentia's nominated candidate, Mr Chand, as a director of Vista Group.
The board of Vista Group unanimously does not support the resolutions and strongly recommends that shareholders vote against them.
