The Warehouse Group has reported a 0.9% increase in group sales for the first quarter of the 2025 financial year.

Sales for the 13 weeks ended Nov 2, 2025, reached $674.1 million.

Group like-for-like same-store sales were up 0.1%.

The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming all recorded positive sales growth, while like-for-like same-store sales at Noel Leeming were down 1.6%.

The company also announced a comprehensive cost reset programme to address margin pressure and reduce the cost of doing business.

This programme includes a proposed restructure of head office roles, without reducing the roles of front-line team members.

The Warehouse Group aims to lower its cost base and restore profitability.
