NZX has placed a trading halt on WasteCo Group Limited (“WCO”) ordinary shares at the request of the issuer while they undertake a placement capital raise.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement by WCO stating the outcome of the placement or market open on Tuesday, 13 June 2023.
