Message:

NZ RegCo (“RegCo”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Tilt Renewables Limited (“TLT”) Ordinary Shares. The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.

TLT has sought the trading halt pending the release of an announcement by TLT relating to whether TLT has secured a superior scheme of arrangement for shareholders as compared to the scheme of arrangement disclosed to the market on 15 March 2021.

The trading halt will remain in place until an announcement from the issuer, or market open on Monday 19 April 2021
