The indicative timetable for the rights issue is set out below.

Shares quoted “ex-rights” and Rights Trading commences to the NZX Main Board 2 June 2021

Record date 5pm, Wednesday 3 June 2021

Offer documents sent and Offer opens for acceptance 4 June 2021

Rights trading ceases 17 June 2021

Rights offer closes (and last date for receipt of renunciations) 23 June 2021

New shares allotted and commence trading 28 June 2021

The Board may amend this timetable at its discretion, but subject to the Listing Rules.

Eligible shareholders will be sent a copy of the offer booklet and a personalised entitlement and acceptance form on 4 June.
To participate in the rights issue eligible shareholders may complete and return their entitlement and acceptance form in
accordance with its accompanying instructions.

In addition, NZL has established an offer website at www.nzrlcshareoffer.co.nz and eligible shareholders may participate by applying online for new shares at that website from 4 June.
