Cannasouth Limited’s (NZX:CBD) 2021 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Monday 28 June 2021, commencing at 11.00am, at the offices of Link Market Services Limited, Level 30, PWC Commercial Bay, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland.
Please note that the change of physical address for the meeting since CBD’s release of the meeting date on 29 April 2021. Link Market Services moved office effective 31 May 2021.
Cannasouth will record the physical meeting and make it available to Shareholders via NZX Market Announcement Platform and on www.cannasouth.co.nz.
The formal notice of the Annual Shareholder Meeting (including the Explanatory Notes for each resolution) is attached.
