A group of Bremworth shareholders is moving to dump the carpetmaker's board, blaming poor operational performance, erratic strategic direction and substandard execution.The formal request for a shareholders meeting was delivered to chair George Adams over the weekend after Bremworth reported its half-year results on Friday afternoon.While revenue increased to $42.1 million in the six months to December last year, up from $38.9m in the same period in 2023, its net loss after tax widened to $8.1m, compared to $1.6m in 2023.The new potential b...
