Sanford Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer, Katherine Turner
Sanford Limited (NZX: SAN) advises that it’s Chief Financial Officer Katherine Turner has resigned and will leave Sanford on 30 September, 2021.
Ms Turner has served as Sanford’s CFO for three years.
Sanford CEO Peter Reidie says “on behalf of Sanford, I would like to thank Katherine for her commitment and the contribution she has made to the organisation over her time with us. Among her achievements, she has managed the balance sheet adeptly through a very difficult period and led the company’s system replacement project SanCore.
“Katherine has been a key member of the executive that has delivered a turn-around in engagement scores, with her own team being one of the most engaged in the company and significantly above external benchmark. Katherine has been a dedicated and passionate member of Sanford’s leadership and we wish her all the very best in her future endeavours.”
Sanford will be commencing an executive search for a new CFO and will provide a further market update in due course.
