A showdown between arguably two of the country’s most experienced directors in the primary sector has burst into the public arena.Over the weekend, a letter was delivered to George Adams informing him Rob Hewett was leading the charge to roll him and his fellow directors off the Bremworth board.While Hewett’s group says it has support from 35% of its shareholders, with roughly 11% having signed the formal requisition notice, the company’s single largest shareholder, Grant Beil, and “other substantial shareholders”...
