Gentrack notification of leaver, Chief Financial Officer

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) advises that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), James Spence, will finish in his role with the company on 28 February 2022 to pursue other interests.

Mr Spence was appointed as Gentrack’s CFO on 1 April 2020.

Gentrack Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Gary Miles, says on behalf of the team “I would like to acknowledge and thank James for the contribution he has made to the ongoing execution of our strategy. I wish James all the very best for the next chapter of his career.”

An executive search for a new CFO is underway and Gentrack intends to provide a further market update in due course.
