* The undiluted NAV excludes any impact on the NAV of the future exercise of warrants (MLNWE). At 25 January 2022, 47,256,870 warrants are on issue and may be exercised on 20 May 2022. The actual exercise price of each warrant is $1.28 less the dividends per share declared by the company with a record date between 17 May 2021 and the announcement of the 20 May 2022 exercise price. Dividends totalling 7.43 cents per share have been declared to date and there is one more dividend expected to be declared in the remaining period up to the announcement of the 20 May 2022 exercise price.
