FY22 Third Quarter Dividend

Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter (1 October 2021 to 31 December 2021) of the financial year ending 31 March 2022 (FY22) of 1.975 cents per share to be paid on 4 March 2022 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 18 February 2022 (i.e., the record date).

This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.337702 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.153243 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.

The Board confirms that, consistent with previous guidance, it is targeting an annual cash dividend of 7.90 cents per share to shareholders for FY22, assuming no further deterioration in economic conditions due to COVID-19.
