Kiwi Property today announced the appointment of Joanna Harris as its new GM People, effective 11 April 2022.
Harris joins the company from Waka Kotahi (New Zealand Transport Agency) where she worked as Portfolio Change Lead – Enterprise Change. Prior to this she held a variety of senior HR roles at leading businesses including Air New Zealand and Vodafone Australia.
Kiwi Property CEO, Clive Mackenzie, said: “Joanna offers a wealth of HR experience fostered in large, complex organisations, both in New Zealand and offshore. Just as importantly though, her expertise at the intersection of HR and transformation will be invaluable as Kiwi Property continues its evolution into a creator of world-class mixed-use communities.”
Harris said she was excited to be joining Kiwi Property at a pivotal time in the company’s history.
“Kiwi Property is an established leader in the New Zealand property sector, with a portfolio of some of the country’s best shopping centres and office buildings. I’m looking forward to getting started and helping to take the performance of the business and its people to the next level.”
