See attached a substantial product holder notice for Graeme Keith Jackson and his co-trustees of the Nikau Trust.
In summary, following allotments of part of the shortfall under CGF's rights issue effective 17 March 2022, the trustees of the Nikau Trust have as a consequence reclassified non-voting shares to voting shares so the trustees now hold a relevant interest in 155,157,394 quoted ordinary shares and 20,000,000 unquoted non-voting shares in CGF.
