David Gibson to leave Trustpower Board

David Gibson who is an independent director of Trustpower has advised he intends to resign from the Trustpower Board effective 26 March 2022. David is leaving Trustpower to free his time for other commitments.

Chair of Trustpower, Paul Ridley-Smith, commented “we would like to thank David for his last two years of service at Trustpower over what has been a transformational period for the company including the sale of our retail business”.
