General Capital (GEN) announces Director Resignation.
Mr. Rewi Bugo, Chairman of General Capital advises the market as follows:
“Mr. Graeme Brown a Director of General Capital has advised the Board of his resignation from the Board due to time pressures and the difficulties of international travel. Mr. Brown has been a Director of General Capital since 31/7/2018 when General Capital was listed via a Reverse Acquisition by then listed shell Mykco. Mr. Bugo said, “Graeme has been a very valuable resource for General Capital and he made a significant contributions to the Group”.
Managing director Brent King commented, “Graeme has been with us since the start, and we really appreciate his contribution to the Group. We understand that the world is different now and travel is tougher than it was previously. We thank him for his support over the past 4 years and particularly during the last 2 covid-interrupted years.”
