Subject: QEX Logistics Limited (“QEX”) – Delisting

Message:
NZX Product Operations (“NZXO”) refers to the NZ RegCo announcement of 25 February 2022 regarding QEX.

In that announcement, NZ RegCo provided details of its determination to cancel QEX’s listing and the quotation of its shares, with effect from the close of business on 22 April 2022, unless by that date QEX met various conditions to NZ RegCo’s satisfaction.

NZXO advises that QEX Logistics Limited (“QEX”) has not met the conditions imposed by NZ RegCo, and that QEX will be delisted and its ordinary shares will cease to be quoted from close of business today, Friday, 22 April 2022.
