UPDATE ON ACCC APPLICATION

thl advises that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has today released a Statement of Issues in respect of the proposed merger between thl and Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited. The statutory timeframe for a decision from the ACCC has therefore been extended to 21 July 2022.

thl will continue to work with the ACCC throughout the second phase of its enquiries and to address the issues identified.

An update on thl’s clearance application with the New Zealand Commerce Commission is expected to be provided within 24 hours.
