UPDATE ON NZ COMMERCE COMMISSION APPLICATION

thl advises that it has agreed to a request to extend the statutory timeframe for the New Zealand Commerce Commission’s (NZCC) decision on thl’s clearance application in respect of the proposed merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited from 28 April 2022 to 30 June 2022.

thl understands that the NZCC intends to publish a Statement of Unresolved Issues, and that this will be released on or prior to Friday 29 April 2022.

thl will continue to assist the NZCC with their enquiries and to address the remaining issues identified.
