On Thursday, 28 April 2022 Goodwood Capital Limited (“GWC”) has announced it will undertake a share consolidation.

Shareholders will receive one GWC ordinary share for every 2.5 GWC shares held on the record date of Wednesday 4 May 2022.

As announced on Tuesday, 26 April 2022, trading in GWC ordinary shares is currently suspended. Trading will remain suspended through the corporate action.
