Message:
Further to the announcement made by Trustpower Limited (“TPW”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that Trustpower Limited (“TPW”) is changing its name to Manawa Energy Limited and its ticker code will change to MNW. The changes will take effect on NZX from market open on Thursday, 5 May 2022.
The ISIN will remain unchanged as NZTPXE0001S5.
The ticker code change will also apply to TPW150, TPW170 and TPW180 debt securities, which will change to MNW150, MNW170 and MNW180 respectively.
The ISIN for each of these debt securities will also remain unchanged.
