ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Oceania Healthcare Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held at South Stand Lounge, Level Four, Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Kingsland, Auckland, on Thursday 23 June 2022, commencing at 2.00pm. Further details will be advised in the forthcoming Notice of Meeting.
The period for nomination of persons as directors of Oceania Healthcare Limited opens today and closes at 5.00pm on Tuesday 24 May 2022.
