Chief Executive Officer advises intended departure

The Board of Genesis Energy (NZX: GNE) today announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Marc England, has informed them that he intends to leave Genesis towards the end of this year after six years as its Chief Executive.

The Board is informed that Marc is in advanced stages of discussion in respect of an opportunity abroad.
