NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the announcement released by Genesis Energy Limited today, Genesis Energy Limited will exercise its right to fully redeem their unsecured, subordinated, green capital bonds which are quoted on the NZX Debt Market under ticker code GNE040.

As previously advised, the final day of trading in GNE040 was Thursday, 26 May 2022, with the bonds having been suspended at close of business.
