PLP Disclosure of Movement of 1% or more in Substantial Holding

Please see attached a disclosure of movement of 1% or more in substantial holding for the following associated unit holders in the Private Land and Property Fund (PLP):

This movement relates mainly to the issuance of units directly by the Fund as continuous issuer, and includes the on-market purchase of units on 30 May 2022 by Booster Financial Services Limited for which a fund redemption has been requested.
